Under the instruction of Jung-hwa Kim (Mrs. Hyo-sung Park, Consul General), you will learn how to prepare traditional Korean dumplings, known as mandoo. These little dumplings are stuffed with a mixture of meat or vegetables and have a unique shape. You will learn how to make the stuffing and wrapper from scratch, and how to make mandoo soup.
